Back when I was working on event sites, I would’ve killed for cuffed work trousers that fit perfectly inside safety boots designed for a female fit. Which is why I’ve written this guide – a little dive into the world of ladies' workwear, to share the best options that make a statement on-site without compromising on comfort and safety.
Why is it so hard to find good workwear for women?
Women working onsite have always struggled with finding the right work gear. The fact is, industry is geared towards guys, leaving us with a shortage of options. Squeezing into ill-fitting gear designed for dudes is uncomfortable, often leaves you square-shaped and doesn't make you feel like the rockstar you are... plus, they charge you and arm and a leg for the privilege.
Whilst things have definitely improved, the industry needs a wake-up call to embrace diversity and learn that ‘one size’ does not in fact fit ALL. Which is why, our small business is determined to break these stereotypes and promote workwear that's kick-ass, comfy, and made for us!

When it comes to safety on the job, your choice of footwear plays a crucial role to keeping you on your feet.
