The addition of Graphene provides world leading durability, abrasion resistance and strength. SIZING RECOMMENDATIONS
Steel Blue Boots are very true to size when it comes to their fit. We recommend whatever size trainer you wear, is the size of boots you should purchase. If you're a half size, we recommend you buy the smaller size. We don't get many exchanged for being too small.
If the work boots don't fit, please send them back and we'll exchange them for the size you require for no extra cost.

I was recommended the Steel Blue boots by a work colleague, very comfortable to walk in, don’t need to wear them in, there so soft already, my feet don’t ache any more at the end of the day, I like the zip on the inside so I can take my boots off and put on with ease with having to keep doing the laces, I tied the laces to how I wanted the tightness, really strong boots.

Wore my new boots for the first time today, ten hours straight, on the go all day. I can honestly say that these are the best boots that I've ever worn; it's rare that a new boot is as comfortable on day one as these are.
I have a prolapsed disk in my lower back from over twenty years ago and I could tell straight away that while wearing these boots that they having less of an impact on this injury than I usually experience. Normally after a day like today I would practically cease up and have a lot of pain, but tonight I was pleasantly surprised that this wasn't the case.
I couldn't be more happy with these boots and hopefully they will last me for a long time; judging by how they are put together I'm pretty sure they will.
Amazing boots, comfortable, which is rare for safety boots. Good service from Big Boots. I will definitely buy again.

Do you offer next day delivery?
Yes we do, for £6.50 and if you order before 2pm, you’re order should arrive the next day with DPD
How do I return or exchange my items?
We recommend for any exchanges, you should purchase the size you're after and then return your current pair for a refund. This will save time for your new item to arrive.
We offer free returns and exchanges as we know it's difficult to buy clothing and boots online.

Do you ship to Europe and Ireland?
Unfortunately not, we do ship to Northern Ireland however due to brexit and the complications with shipping and then duties costs, we find it better for customers to try and find a local supplier as it will save you money on duties.
Northern Ireland does not have to pay duties as you’re part of the United Kingdom and postage is the same as the mainland.
My Steel Blue Boots are faulty within the 6 month warranty period, what do I need to do to submit a claim?
